Enlarge the learning community through systematic and coordinated efforts in retention, persistence, and enrollment with initial recruiting aimed to encourage prospective students to apply and complete the intake process in a timely manner so that they can begin to develop a plan for college and their careers, as well as enroll in initial coursework appropriate to their level of readiness and goals.
